Christmas day was so wonderful! Our kids were so excited and felt so happy with all the cool stuff they got! Mike and I try to keep everything Christ centered and to created traditions for our family that have symbols and reminders for them. That said, we also want to have some fun! Most who know us know that one of our traditions/symbols is that we give each child 3 gifts, for obvious reasons. This year the three oldest got ipods! They were so excited! Andrew and Zachary opened theirs first and Sariah looked to be a little jealous. Poor thing. I think that she wants to be big like them. When she opened hers she just jumped up and down giggling. I had to tell her to be still so I could get a picture!

The little one's were also very happy with their gifts. Star Wars for Ammon and tutu's for the twins. Oh, we had so much dancing and singing "I am a princess. I am a princess." So much twirling! Such a great day! Most of the day was fight free, too! What more could we ask for!

The school break has been great. I have love late nights and late mornings and playing with the kids. My only complaint is I wish they would also clean up after themselves, but I guess the time for Christmas miracles is gone for this year.
